Once the invoice contents have been agreed, the invoice can be generated and approved.  The slips are marked as billed, the Client, Job and Timekeeper records are updated.

Alternatively, the invoice can be held in proof stage, pending further amendments, or abandoned altogether.

This gives you complete control over when you choose to finalise your invoices.
