Sage Timeslips Email Support

Support is available by email to Sage Timeslips customers with current support contracts. Email the Sage Timeslips support team at dsupport@dsareen.com.

Sage Timeslips Telephone Support

Support is provided by telephone to Sage Timeslips customers with current support contracts, between the hours of 9:15am and 12:45pm and 2:15pm and 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 9:15am and 12:45pm and 2:15pm and 4:45pm on Friday, UK standard time, and with the exception of public holidays. Sage Timeslips Online Support

Online Support is provided using Citrix’s Go To Assist. Go To Assist provides a secure environment within which you can provide consent for us to view and also to take control of your desktops and servers.

Go To Assist allows you to show us any issues that you are experiencing quickly and easily and us to diagnose and then resolve issues more quickly and easily.

We also use Go To Assist to deliver Usability Support and for providing Professional Services and Training remotely.
