Expenses are entered in the same slip entry box as the time entries.  You can select your entry type at the top of the screen before continuing to enter the details.

  • The layout of the slip changes according to whether you select time or expense as your entry type.
  • Similar layouts mean users will be familiar with the interface, speeding up the entry time.
  • Expense records can hold default values and will automatically populate the price field according to the selection.
  • You also have the ability to add markups or adjustments.
